About of the Conference
The up-coming meeting is already the 6th student conference, which is organized by workers and PhD. students from Department of Genetics MZLU in
The participants of the conference have possibility to present their results by oral presentation (lecture) or as a poster.
The official working language of the meeting is: English, Czech, Slovak and Polish.
The conference will run in the three specific sections:
I. Genetics and breeding of pig
II. Genetics and breeding of cattle
III. General principles of genetics; genetics and breeding of other animals
Competition for the best oral and poster presentation.
Into the conference program, there only a genetic works will be added. For individual section, the most actual reports will be chosen to be presented and discussed among all participants.
The book of abstracts with ISBN mark will be printed. The full articles will be published on the enclosed CD. Please follow “The instructions for authors” carefully to get more information.

The participants of the conference will have the possibility to visit “The National exhibition of Farm Animals and Agricultural Machinery” held on the May 19-20 2005 at the Exhibition Ground in Přerov.
According to interest of participants, it is possible to book the accommodation and pass the night in Přerov and to attend the “26th European Holstein Conference” which will be held on the 20th of May on the Přerov Exhibition Ground.
